STEPHEN PEARCY, JETBOY: Daily Updates From 'XXXmas' Tour Available
December 14, 2007Daily updates from the STEPHEN PEARCY / JETBOY / ANTIDIVISION XXXmas tour are currently being posted on "The Rock and Roll Geek Show"web site. According to a press release, "Unlike much of the scripted reality stuff on TV, this is about as legit as it gets. You get to see (and hear) first hand what its like to be in a band on the road. For anyone, the series is solid online entertainment. It's interesting, addictive and good for an occasional laugh. For the real rock and roll fan, it is must-see. Watch as these California rockers travel though the Midwest while human nature and old man winter throw everything they can at them."
A brand new solo track from Stephen Pearcy, entitled "You're a Lot like Me", is available for streaming at this location. The song comes off the singer's upcoming third solo CD, "Under my Skin", which will be released on his own label Top Fuel Records.
"Under my Skin" is expected to feature the songs "You're a Lot like Me", "Under My Skin", "Injector", "Watcha Doing", "Bottoms Up", "In Outta Love", "Here We Go Again", "Time Slips Away", "Big Nothin", "Train Wreck", "Built to Last", "Deep End" and "Hot Rails".
The CD will be released in Japan first, then the U.S. with worldwide distribution under a new deal for Pearcy and the Top Fuel Records label.
Pearcy says, "I'll keep establishing 'M.I.A.' for TFR acts, and a place for me to try out my new music. The new songs from 'Under my Skin' are much brighter topics and RATT-like in elements. A lot less aggressive then the last two solo CDs. More of what is and not expected. I've been working on the record on and off for almost a year!"
HardRockHideout.com has posted video footage of Stephen Pearcy performing at Whiskey Dick's bar in Columbus, Ohio on December 4, 2007. Watch the footage below.
